Restaurant of the Month

Back in the day, my cousin and I would try a new restaurant each month. The rules were simple:

1. Neither of us had eaten there before.
2. It was a sit-down restaurant with a server (no counter-type places).

My cousin is now married with a couple young ones and her life is very hectic. While we still manage to get together for a bite, the once-a-month is hard. So… (drumroll, please) I am resurrecting the tradition with my friend Jaime K – foodie extraordinaire.

You know how someone mentions a restaurant and you want to try if but then can’t remember when the time comes? We don’t want that to happen, so here’s a list of spots we want to taste. Once we’ve tried it, I’ll review and check off the list.
